Hordhaland - In the southwest of Noregur, the land of the Hordhar people, descended from the ancient Hardhingar or Hordhingar, under the Gulathing assembly. The last independent king of Hordhaland (before the unification of the petty kingdoms into one united Noregur by King Haraldur Halfdansson the Einkonungur) was King Eirikur of Hordhaland, father of Queen Gydha Eiriksdottir (the Dark Valkyrie)
